The TDOT Welcome Centers & Rest Areas page says its facilities are open and staffed 24/7 (the only exception it lists is Welcome Center #23 on I-40 in Memphis). I-75 sites listed: Hamilton Welcome Center (NB, MM 0.7), McMinn Rest Area (NB and SB, MM 45.2) and Campbell Welcome Center (SB, MM 161). No I-75 closure was listed.
Kentucky — Scott County northbound rest area work:
The KYTC contract proposal (PDF) for the I-75 northbound rest area truck parking expansion in Scott County lists a primary completion date of 30 Nov 2026 — expect limited truck parking there until then. No official KYTC rest-area status page loaded for Lot List on 26 Sep 2026; check GoKY.
Ohio status:
ODOT’s rest-area page carried no open / closed list when Lot List checked on 26 Sep 2026. An ODOT release, 20 May 2025 said the Butler County I-75 rest areas (between Cincinnati and Dayton) would close on 7 Jul 2025 for full replacement, with reopening expected in summer 2026.
