This Privacy Policy explains what Lot List (getlotlist.com) collects when you visit the Site and how we use it.

What we collect

Lot List is a static informational directory. We do not require an account, and we do not ask you to submit personal information to browse listings.

We use Vercel Web Analytics (or similar privacy-oriented analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — for example page views and rough geography. This helps us see which city and corridor pages are useful. These tools are designed to be cookieless or low-identification where the provider supports that; they do not give us a profile of who you are.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and the public internet may process standard server or network logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) as part of delivering the Site and protecting it from abuse.

If you email us (for example at partners@getlotlist.com), we receive whatever you include in that message so we can respond.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the Site to build marketing profiles for sale to third parties.

Partner links

Some pages include partner or affiliate links (see our Affiliate disclosure). If you click those links, the partner’s site may collect information under their own privacy policy. That is outside Lot List’s control.

Cookies and similar tech

Depending on the analytics and hosting setup, the Site may use minimal cookies or similar storage. We do not run third-party ad trackers on Lot List pages.

Retention

Analytics aggregates and hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and understanding Site usage, subject to our providers’ retention practices. Emails you send us are kept as needed to handle your request.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
